Standard process very typical HR questions. Experience was ok overall, nice team, but too corporate and slow in the process. R&D team was nice and interesting project. Had similar experience at other big Pharma companies

With Hiring manager was kind of blurt and not super casual but nothing difficult, just asking questions regarding fit for the position that wasn't described well in the listing. Hope it went better but I was too nervous.

It was an initial screening interview at the phone. They investigated my background in molecular biology and vaccines related to the open position. They also told me all the benefits and informed me about the continuing of the interview process.
