Good way of interacting with candidates. They will focus what they want. Useless questions not discussed. They will give open forum to ask questions . Nice way of interaction. Over all 3 rounds. Technical, PM, HR.

Colloquio
Two rounds. Interrview is simple. First round was telephonic, where they asked from simple to average questions on the technology you are applying for. Second round was managerial, where you will be asked about some critical things which you worked in your previous company.
