Eine Rückmeldung nach der Bewerbung kam nach ca. 3 Wochen. Beim Gespräch selbst, musste ich nicht lange warten. Das Gespräch fand nur mit dem Teamleiter statt, der anscheinend noch nie so ein Gespräch geführt hat. Es kamen keinerlei Rückfragen. Seine soziale Kompetenz war nicht vorhanden, wodurch das Gespräch ziemlich unangenehm war. Nach dem Gespräch konnte ich überhaupt nicht einschätzen, ob es gut lief oder schlecht, auch wenn ich am Ende eine Zusage bekam.
