I was recruited through LinkedIn by a recruiter for my initial phone-screening. Our phone conversation went into detail about the role and my past experiences, which seemed to be a good fit. My interview was scheduled for the following week. My recruiter met me in the lobby and escorted me to my interview room. On-site interviews were with 4 different people throughout an hour block (15-minutes per). The interview wasn't difficult, a lot of behavioral questions which were all role-related. Overall it was a typical interview experience and my recruiter had great communication with me throughout.
