If you are selected you will get an email asking to let us know several dates and times that work best for you for an interview. They will choose a date and time and schedule a video interview call. HR and the supervisor of the department will be generally on that first interview. If it all goes great they will want you to do Clifton Strenth Assesment and schedule a second interview with a few other manager in the company along with HR. After the second interview they will meet and make a decision on a candidate.
