Pretty weak. Meet with Partners and management team members who were not CPAs. Gave me an offer right after interview. Firm is desperate for people and not talent.

The interview team asked difficult but fair questions. Some members of the team seemed to like to talk more than listen. Managers from each department, along with a partner, participated in the interview panel. The compensation packages seemed to be fixed to a schedule by title rather than by experience and ability, but it was nice to see that the firm had structure.
