First you had to go in and ask for a paper application. There were about 6 pages. Mainly basic information and a couple what would you do in this scenario questions. After you submitted the application the manager at Gabe’s would call you asking for a one on one interview
It was very chill and quick. It was all basic behavioral questions about prior experience and personality. A big emphasis on how you would handle different customer interactions and deal with certain situations.

Do you have any prior customer service experience?
It was pretty basic. Not very long it was about 15 min and the manager was very nice. It was the basic questions and it was only one interview. I started the week after.
