Initial interview was in another city, where I lived, with Marketing Director and manager of that office. Reasonable interview questions were asked. Second interview was at firm in Tulsa with Director of HR and attorneys with whom I might work. They did not seem to have prepared questions or prepared explanations of what the work might entail. HR was not sure what type of assistant lead attorney would need or want. I was re-assigned before I reported on the first day but type of assistant desired was still unclear.
