I was brought to Gables by a search firm that really did a great job vetting me as well as presenting the company. I went through a series of interviews, and while there were many, I appreciated that the people I met were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a leader, employee and person, and they were just as focused on ensuring Gables was a fit for me as I was for them.
