It was a 6 week interview process. I was given a verbal offer twice (via video call and email), then I was ghosted. I followed up via email with no response at all. Very unprofessional. Making a good impression on interview candidates in the industry is just as important as the impression you make on clients purchasing your products. Candidates are evaluating companies just as much as the company is evaluating the candidate.
