      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gabriele (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mag 2013

      The Recruiters working at this particular recruitment company have called me with relation to 3 jobs I've applied for and requested some further information. First of all it was very difficult to arrange a time to meet them as they were only available between 10 and 5pm, Monday to Friday. When I finally found a suitable time to meet them (11 on a Tuesday... right in the middle of my working day...), the consultant was 15 minutes late to my appointment. What followed next was a list of very standard questions but the interviewer was not very interested in my answers and hardly looked up from their notes the whole time. When I had any questions with regards to the companies, the recruiter was unable to tell me anything about their processes, workflow or even industries they operated in... The recruiter struggled with grasping basic design workflow questions and it quickly became apparent that they had no clue who they were recruiting for and what skills are required in the particular industry. I left very disappointed, it's such a shame that creative agencies use the wrong recruitment companies which in turn lowers their chances of finding the right candidates for their positions...

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a very honest review for us. I am sorry that we are only responding now, especially as you posted this review in May 2013! We have only recently been engaging with the Glassdoor platform and have only recently become aware of your review. We are very concerned with regards to many of the points you have highlighted and they are being taken very seriously, we have been in the creative recruitment industry since 1988 and pride ourselves on our knowledge and experience within the industry. Our team is carefully selected to ensure that we provide the right advice, insight and correct opportunities for all our candidates, all the while taking into consideration their skills and what they are looking for culturally as well as professionally. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build and nurture with both our clients and our candidates. In this instance, it seems we failed you. We can only apologise and hope this was an isolated event… we are however taking this criticism on board and will utilise it to ensure we continually improve ourselves and our service to both our candidates and clients.
