Casual environment, don’t dress too formally, be yourself and engage with the other interviewees. The one on one portion had typical questions such as how did you hear about the company, times where you were silly in front of a group of kids, and the basic interview questions you’d expect

How would you encourage a young camper who doesn’t want to leave mom’s side in the first day?
There was a group interview on Zoom. We took turns answering basic interview questions, the everyone shared a quick camp activity they would do with kids. It was very straight forward and they tell you about their expectations for the camp activity before the interview so you have plenty of time to prepare :)

It was a fun and engaging interview process that measured a candidate's ability to adopt and live out the company's values. Galileo is a very value driven company, and becoming fluent in the language and philosophy of their company vision is one way to help prepare yourself for the position.

I received a phone call asking if I was available the following day for a group interview. The interview does last around 2 hours, but it can be fun. There are ice breakers, situational questions, and a 1:1 interview portion.
