It was a very standard interview and that was based around behavioral interview questions. It was mainly just trying to get to know you as a person and how your moral and experience will fit with the company.

Asked for an introduction, discussed the role, and asked for further questions. you meet with the area manager instead of HR. only 30 minute interview. Overall not that difficult of an interview and both interviewers are easygoing.
Phone call screening where I was asked basic questions about sales. It was very casual and they wanted to see how comfortable I was speaking on the phone and being able to answer basic questions about myself.
