The first contact was by phone with the HR to double check details about ribo license and WP, after that I was invited for a in person interview with HR and department director.

The interview was friendly with many questions about my background experience and exposures to deal with many clients and process. They asked me some questions in real situations with multinational programs as a servicing office in how to deal with it.
