It was a group interview. First we went over expectations and examples, then we went around the table and did practice readings. We finished with a tour of the call center.

I initially thought it was going to be a one-on-one interviewer, but I was called by the company location's business administrator. It turned out to be a panel type interview, after being called for an interview. Prior to this, there is a personality screening to see if you would fit the job description.

Interviewer was courteous, friendly and professional, everything was explained upfront. Kind and respectful, all in all a great process. I was very impressed with the interviewing process as a whole. Would happily recommend.
