Received an initial call from the recruiter, asking me about my expected CTC and other details. Then as the first round asked me to do a quick survey, which lasted about 40 mins. As a part of the first round the recruiter does a follow up call asking for more details and has a friendly conversation with you. Then told me to expect an email for the face to face round with a Gallup senior manager. After that poof! you don't hear from them again. Later in a week I received an automated Email that they "regret" to inform me that I am not selected for this position. So, I am starting to think that this is a scam asking people to take that 40 mins survey and then not even returning calls to let me know about the rejection. Very unprofessional. I am glad I was not selected, I dont want to work for a company like this anyway! Thank you very much.
