Their interview is pretty standard. If you pass the personality test, you get to first round of phone interview with questions which are similar to those in personality test: are you competitive? are you good with numbers? do you like to learn new things? etc. The second interview allows you to give more details. You will be asked to demonstrate examples to support your statements. I didn't get the onsite interview and heard that not a lot of people will get to that point. Good Luck.

phone interview, they asked to schedule an phone call interview. And it took 45 mins roughly. The phone interview did not talk about your experience or position related questions but talk about general questions much the same as the online test.
