A couple of personality tests followed by a virtual interview. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and it was very conversational. The interview had mostly questions about my CV and experiences.

I had two online screening tests, within 2 days I got a call from HR. Had one interview HR, one with the Operations Director and one with a senior employee. The whole process felt very relaxed, not staged.
