Submitted application online and did a personality assessment. Contacted by email to go through two rounds of interviews by phone, possibly followed by more phone or in person interviews depending on the position and location.

It was impersonal - they asked a series of personality assessment questions and if I took too long to answer they moved on to the next mid-sentence. The interviewer didn't seem to be specific to the role or unit. I almost felt like I was being called from their call center.
I have completed 2 of the interviewing assessments, I think they both went well and were great questions. Hope I get a phone call to continue in the next steps of the onboarding process.

asking if you are open-minded, if your more of a leader or a listener, etc.
Great interview, good follow up and communication. Enjoyed the process and the contact with employees. The questions were thought provoking, well thought out, and created an interesting conversation. Would interview again if given the opportunity.
