It was a very detailed and thorough process. There were several layers of phone and in-person interviews with HR, the hiring manager, and peers. There were also software tests since this was an administrative position.

The first interview was amazing the second was harsh and full of weird Q&A about me and my futuristic view of life and I was asked to give an insight about their mission in the company also, I'm still waiting for the third one, I hope its gonna be as great as the first one

Starts out with an online assessment which took about an hour. After that there was two long phone interviews. The experience was very positive, everyone I spoke to throughout the entire process was very nice and welcoming.
