Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gallup (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di mag 2015
Colloquio
Initial online test was followed by two telephone interviews (as many people have described before) with a long list of quick-fire Gallup questions and a few which are expanded upon.
Next stage would have been a final 'face to face' interview but I did not make this stage. Salary is not mentioned nor discussed until the end of the 2nd telephone interview. I wonder whether my expectations were a deterrent (or maybe I simply failed).
The process is a rather detached and robotic one and in particular there is no feedback given as to why you have been rejected, even though in my case I had essentially reached a 3rd/penultimate stage. Additionally Gallup suggest you do not need to prepare although it seems rather counter intuitive. Searching the internet easily finds a wide range of Gallup questions available for practise and analysis. I highly recommend anyone utilises these resources in their own preparation.
I actually really enjoyed the interview itself. Its good fun. No hard feelings Gallup for your detached and robotic approach.

I can not remember specifically but there was a question in relation to how much I involved my Line Manager in my work, which had me wondering what they wanted to hear.

Applied online, three weeks later I received a call interview. Similar to others, that was a very structured process, basically you just need to repeat what you have done in the online test with some examples. Still in the process, waiting for the second call.
