No interview, only email conversations happened before I finally signed the contract with the company in reference. Therefore, I guess no interviews are carried out, at least not for this role.

Interview process was professional with the HR, who consulted the editor in chief in terms of payment questions. Everything was done via email and was done in a day. Confirmation about the acceptance was immediate and followed right up with onboarding.
