Company is run by mostly young people. Interview was normal. I was interviewed by 2 store managers. Also had a phone interview by a different person a few days later, but basically the same questions. They check 2 of your references.

Easy interview, looks for retail experience, dealing with positive/negative customer situations, asks for favorite game and why. Looks for good personality, positive customer service, and problem solving capabilities. Asks what situations you've dealt with where you ran into a problem and had to solve it. Asks you to pitch your favorite game, and why you should buy it.
Ask me what type of games I play. Typical behavioral stuff. We also talked about GameStop stocks and the diamond hands meme. All in all I think the interview was fun.
