Straightforward process. First touchpoint was a phone call with with HR. Second was a video call with my would-be POD leader where we did a mock sales call. Third call with with the head of Sales where we did another mock sales call. Then i got an offer.
Primera con Headhunter, luego con tu manager y finalmente un role play con el director comercial. Nada del otro mundo. Te hacen también un test para comprobar que dominas el inglés.

Colloquio
I will just describe how the interview took place so everyone can draw their own conclusions:
1. The interview was supposed to last 45 minutes. It started approx 8-10 minutes lated and ended 15 minutes early.
2. I was asked 3 questions: 1) why did your previous working relationships ended. Explaining this took up about 80% of the time 2) do you know (name ) from AWS 3) where are wyou from
3. I had prepared some open ended questions on what AEs do in Gamelearn. Got 1 phrase responses.
4. We never discussed my sales experience, what I could bring to the team, etc.
The mood felt forced and awkward. It did not feel like a value add to the selction process.
