The HR person contact with me with Skype and we made an interview. Next day they sent me a C++ test that I past (I have the result very fast). Finally, I had an interview with two techical people and they said me that I pass the process and they are interested in me but I didn't fix the job they are looking for now. They told me that maybe will call me for the next project. All the process was good and they were very nice with me.

First phase of the interview was to make a computer game based on a spec received from HR. The graphics were all provided and I just had to write the code after I was done with that I sent it in to the HR person I was dealing with who got back to me to schedule the phone interviews. The second phase of the interview was over the phone with an HR woman who just asked basic HR screening questions before passing me on to the third and final phase. The third phase was a phone interview with two gentleman who asked questions on optimizing various features of a program including: Optimizing memory Optimizing execution speed Optimizing / preserving floating decimal calculations
