Long and too many processes. First you got a phone interview. If you pass, you would get a test. 1 Test last around 7 days, including character design, background design, UI design, and even animation for character. Test was asked for so many and wasn't paid. After you pass the test, you'll get to the interview round the week after. If you get passed the interview round, you'll get a draft offer letter. It's not final, it's a draft. I thought I get the job but I don't eventually and I don't know why. And why you have to make a draft for an offer letter though??
