First of all I had to do an online test. The test was mostly about C++, general programming concepts and a few of writing actual code. 100 minutes for answering 20 questions. I was told that that test was the same a senior would do, so I shouldn't worry if I didn't know all of them. I answered all of them except for two that were a bit long so I didn't have time. After a week I got an email from the HR. It said that I passed the test and that they wanted to interview me. I was interviwed first by the HR. I was a bit nervous since it was my first job interview but the interviewer was very kind. I felt that I did bad in that interview. After that, I was interviwer by the lead developer. He told me that the test was pretty good, so he didn't ask me anything to test me. He asked me mostly about my interests and explained me things about the company.
