Had two calls. The first was simple and easy. And they asked me to do an assignment for the second one. The assignment review/interview was the same person. They had blocked 30 mins but he took 1.5 hours where the interviewee was talking more than me. I was selected and joined the company but left after 2.5 months. The interview should have been a big signal that the leadership is more talk than substance. But lesson learned!
