I met with several leaders in the company including the HR Manager, Directors of Engineering and Marketing and the President. These were one-to-one meetings. They asked professional situational questions and allowed time for me to ask questions. They were easy-going and clearly trying to determine if I would be a good fit in the team. They followed up within a week of the interview to make an offer.
