Applied through a job website online and was contacted around a month later by one of the brothers who later asked me for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was then asked for a interview in person with the other brother. After having the telephone interview I was quite confused as to what the role actually was. Turns out they wanted someone to be split between shop floor and customer service. I would not of applied for this job had I known that. The interview was the worst I have ever had. They were totally unprepared and didn't know what to ask me. Never was I asked about my capabilities or why I was best suited for the role. Instead I was asked inappropriate questions about my current work place. Such as what they were planning to do in the future and how the business was going. I was even asked what money my current business makes a day! I'm sure they wouldn't want their employees to go talking to competitors about their accounts. Totally inappropriate to ask and it seemed that I was asked me for a interview to find out more on a competitor rather than than if I was suited the the position. Didn't get offered the position but would definitely of turned it down.
