HR resume Screening, Technical round 1, - basic discussion nothing related to job role.
Infact the job role was very unclear. They were themselves not sure if it's a project manager role or business analyst related role.
Assessment, Case study round, Technical round 2- again nothing related to case or technical asked. The interviewer was not interested to listen to the case presentation also
Please don't waste candidates time if you don't have capacity or budget.
Either take a proper interview related to role or else just simply reject them. Don't let them sit through series of interview just to get them rejected.
They just waste candidates time.
They send interview link everytime after I ask for updates.
