First you complete a test as soon as you submit your application (I submitted mine through the school job posting portal) . Then, they invite you for a phone screening. Afterwards, they ask you to spend 10-15 hours (suggested) on doing a marketing presentation advertising a new company. Lastly, they do final interviews on site. Recruiters were extremely unprofessional and kept on forgetting to schedule me for interviews. For the initial phone interview, my interviewer cut me off just about every question.
