I went through Gap Inc's college recruiting process 7 years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the process- 1:1 interviews, scenarios/role playing, networking, bus tour of the city/neighborhoods. I was actually placed in an area under 1 of the people who interviewed me and the great thing was the person he was in the interview (awesome!) also turned out to be the person he actually was on the job! overall a good experience.
