After submitting my application online I had a 45 minute phone interview with a recruiter. Their whole goal is to make you feel incompetent with the questions they ask. I got a call back to schedule a video conference call interview and had 7 days to complete a huge project about creating a new brand to incorporate into the Gap portfolio. Didnt move on to the final round because they said my long term financial analysis and profitability report needed more analysis.

Made it through 2 rounds of interviews. First is more personal and 2nd is a project on creating a brand for GAP. Was told I had made it to final rounds, only to receive an email more than a month later that my application would actually not be moving forward. Rather unorganized and lengthy process.
