I was promoted from within, so it was slightly more simple. I applied online and performed an interview with my district manager. They made an offer and I was promoted. For out of store employees, the process is slightly more prolonged, as they have to interview with the general manager between the application and the district manager.

Very easy process, was brought in for an in-person interview with the GM and other assistant manager. Asked very basic questions-there was 5 total within 5 different categories they had to ask. Better to give specific examples. Moved on to second round which was a video interview with the District Lead manager.
