Typical retail interview process. Ifilled out an application and followed up by phone. Manager called back to set up interview. Used the following tips: Be early, wear Gap clothing, smile and be cheerful with good eye contact. Manager offered position following fairly easy interview mostly about customer service. Spoke anit availability and start date.
