Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA) nel mese di apr 2016

Pretty standard. I applied directly, then got contacted by a recruiter who setup a time later in the week to talk about the position and what I am looking for. That led to a phone screen the following week, and then an onsite the week after. Overall the speed was great - there's a clear intent to fill the role as quickly as possible.
The problem came later during the onsite process, when the entire setup felt rushed. Also there seems to be perceived arrogance from the team that I would not have expected. You are not Uber or Airbnb, sorry. The technology of the digital division is clearly way behind even in the larger retail landscape, and the team has no understanding of mobile technologies to do the things they actually wanted to do. I actually felt like walking out, because it was clearly a waste of time.

Overall standard interview with the typical Behavioral & Situational. One thing that was a miss was the follow up from the HR department. Not one word post the interview with the hiring Mgr.
For corporate roles at Gap Inc., the interview process typically includes a recruiter screen, one or more technical or functional interviews, and a final behavioral or managerial round. The process usually takes 1–3 weeks, with questions focused on past experience, problem-solving, leadership, and alignment with company values.
Standard recruiter screen, asked about my background, why I was looking to switch and gave an overview of the role. Said hiring manager liked my profile and wanted to move forward. Had a scheduled call with hiring manager, he never showed up. Was ghosted and never heard back from the recruiter.
