Applied on line, got a Phone Interview with District Manager, then in person interview with store manager, then I was accepted and the manager called me to offer it to me.

Initial phone call with GM, followed by in-person interview. Then i had a phone interview with a GM from another store. They asked some typical corporate mandated interview questions that were pretty easy. Some were situational, others were experience questions. after the last interview, i waited about 3 days and got called back with my offer.
