I was originally hired as a Sales Associate and the Store Manager knew I wanted to become a Keyholder. She helped me work my way up and recommended me to the District Manager. I had an official interview with the Store Manager in person and then the District Manager over the phone.

Very good - I interviewed with the store manager and assistant manager, as well as the district manager. They each wanted to know my strengths and also wanted to know if I was comfortable with customer loyalty and my coaching ability.

the interview process was great, I had already been working at the store for about 7 months when they decided to promote me. it was a really friendly time and felt very comfortable. they always added tips and stuff when I got stuck and whenever I answered a scenario with great detail they'd tell me that I was doing amazing. it never felt awkward.

Went to store, filled out application, gave to Store Manager, set up interview for next day. Interviewed, received a phone call the day after with an offer. Accepted offer and completed paperwork. Started a training on the computer and sales floor for a couple of days.
