There were three stages: HR, Tech, and Team. At the tech stage, there were about six engineers asking questions from different areas such as programming language internals, databases, Kubernetes, and microservices management, etc. It was unusual to converse with so many people at once, but they were friendly, and everything went smoothly. The last stage was quite similar — speaking with the entire team, each member asking a question (and you could ask a question in return). The focus of these questions was more behavioral, with some based on personal experiences.
