Interview was 2 hrs. & 40 mins long - interviewer was friendly & engaging. Asked many questions about various scenarios & how i would handle it - both as a security guard & as a potential shift supervisor. Made me think "outside the box" & beyond what the training covered.

This stage was more challenging — I was asked to solve a few practical problems related to the position, which really tested my analytical thinking and time management. The interviewer encouraged me to talk through my approach, which made it feel more like a collaboration than an exam.
