Hiring process at Garda World is quiet time consuming and total waste of time. They organize a recruiting event which has three stages; 1.X-ray recognition, 2. Aptitude test which includes English and math and this is a very basic and easy test, 3. 5 minute consultation in which they ask general questions like your availability, languages you know, and all. After passing all the test, I got an email that my applications is not going further, and I do not get it why. What is the purpose of conducting all those tests, if you are not going to consider application in spite of passing the tests.

Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it

Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.

Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
