Myriah reached out after receiving my application to send over some scenario questions and set up an interview time. The interview was conducted over zoom with Myriah and Sunil (CEO). Myriah shared her experience starting in the position I was applying for, and her experience growing with the company. They asked about my previous work history and future goals.

They sent a list of challenging customer service scenarios (that they had actually experienced!). During the interview, they asked about my long term goals, what I was doing to achieve those goals, and what drew me to the position. They also asked about specifics/metrics in my previous position, known areas of growth, and then followed up with lighthearted questions.
