1) 30 minute phone screen. Recruiter asked me questions about my resume, followed by a few very simple questions about programming in C/C++.
2) 1 hour Skype interview with 2 engineers. Talked about general software engineering principles and my resume. Asked a few simple questions (find the number of bits set to 1 in an int, determine what a piece of code was doing - it was storing a count of each alphabet character in a string).
Phone screen was a common tell me about yourself and why Garmin. They didn't ask any follow ups on your answered and seemed to just run through the list of the questions they had.

I had 1hr behavioral Interview and 1hr technical interview. Behavioral interview was about how I got to know the company, why should the company hire me, and what kind of research experience I had.

Process took about a month. Recruiter was slow getting back to me but interview process was alright. The interviewers were friendly and mainly focused on problem solving and how you think through your code.
