I was first contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. This interview went over the resume and some general behavioral questions. The next phone interview was with the hiring manager. It was the same type of interview, but went further into the technical side of the resume. They asked me to interview onsite in Olathe, KS. I talked to the recruiter first, then two managers which asked technical questions, then two lead engineers which asked questions about past experiences. About a month later, I was told I did not receive the offer.

I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview. During the interview most question had to do with what experience I had with various systems or projects. Other were behavioral questions. Questions were not overly difficult if you had any experience in the areas they asked about.
