I applied online for the position and I was called by a HR to schedule a skype interview.
At the interview, there were the project manager, the HR and two colleagues.
I was presented Garmin in general, the open position and its project and asked .net questions.

It was a 2-hour, in person, technical interview, only theoretical questions, no problems to solve.
It was an interview for a MID .net engineer position, in which I did pretty well (there were a few questions where i was unable to answear, but they were not that important/complicated).
When I was called for the interview feedback, they told me what went well and what not, and that they were actually looking for someone at a SENIOR level to fill in a MID position.
And so, I did not get the job because, I assume, they look for overqualified people and pay them less.

One interview with both technical leads and HR. Questions based on my own experience and project I've worked on (technologies: SQL server, C#, Entity Framework, web APIs, Angular). I got asked to explain my current project's architecture.
