The interview process was intense and had an initial phone screening call. It was for thirty minutes and the hiring manager or recruiter (i dont remember who) asked me a bunch of questions on my resume and my background.

If you’re a foreigner, don’t waste your time. Garmin doesn’t hire foreigners unless you have a sponsorship visa. They encourage international applicants to apply and waste applicants time . I don’t know why they give such a high hope to people who’s seeking for jobs.
