Established that remote working was non negotiable, and was expected to be in the Southampton office 5 days per week for the first 6 months - going down to 3 days after probation. This was enough to call the interview off early, without finding out more about my background or abilities. This approach is really lagging behind their competitors and other companies who are recruiting for digital marketers. Overall quite disappointing.
