Screening call with recruiter then a video work experience interview followed by a timed take home assignment using excel and a case study interview to review that assignment and lastly a culture interview.

The interview process felt overly lengthy for a contract role. Much of the conversation focused on the company and role, with limited opportunity to discuss my own experience and background. Compensation was also below market expectations, especially considering the additional interview rounds and case study required. Overall, the process gave insight into what supporting the organization may be like internally and resulted in a poor candidate experience.
