Met them at the Job fair and didn't have an interview process. They sent me a online assessment which I completed. I heard back within a week. It was fairly easy.

Laid back interview in a restaurant with other candidates. I sat with 4 other students in a restaurant while they talked. it seemed like the main test was to see how we presented ourlselved in this environment. they also seemed to be evaluating our work ethics based on what we had to say about ourselves.
